November, 2004 Contract of cooperation has been signed between EA and NAAU
December 21st , 2005With the goal of signing a Bilateral Agreement for recognition in the scopes of "Certification of quality systems", "Certification of environmental management systems" and "Persons", NAAU sent an according application to EA.
July 10th , 2006NAAU has received a letter from the Secretary of EA MLA Committee in regard of appointing a composition of an audit team.
October 23-26th , 2006 In accordance with the ÅÀ-2/02 rules, a preliminary audit to NAAU was conducted by EA experts.
November 10th , 2006 NAAU has developed and approved Plan of corrective actions based on the results of preliminary visit.
February 22nd , 2007NAAU has received a letter from the Chairman of EA MLA Committee (dated 14.02.2007) with a draft of an audit report.
February - May, 2007NAAU and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine carried out work as to making amendments to the Provision on Accreditation Council and its membership (developed and sent by NAAU by letter ¹1-3/3-104 dated 30.01.2007 to the Ministry of Economy for ratification).
May 22nd , 2007Based on the audit results, NAAU implemented relevant corrective actions and informed EA experts about it.
September 4th , 2007Upon NAAU's request, the Chairman of EA MLA Committee informed about the necessity of providing evidences of implemented corrective actions based on the auditing team's review of information provided by NAAU, as well as evidences of implemented actions according to the letter dated July 11, 2007.
September 24th , 2007NAAU has provided to the audit team leader the information according to each section based on review's results and proposed to identify dates for the final audit.
October 30th , 2007The audit team leader addressed NAAU to provide evidences for information.
November 6th , 2007NAAU sent documents with evidences to the audit team leader and the Secretariat of ÅÀ MLA Committee.
November 20-21st , 2007The issue of sending NAAU's assessment report to the EA MLA Committee was discussed between representatives of NAAU and EA during the EA General Assembly meeting.
January 14th , 2008NAAU inquired with the audit team leader to inform NAAU about the results of the review of evidences.
January 25th , 2008An audit team report based on the results of the review of information regarding the corrective actions was delivered to NAAU.
February 8th , 2008NAAU submitted the application for recognition in the scopes of "Testing" and "Certification of products".
April 2-3rd , 2008The issue on sending NAAU's assessment report to the EA MLA Committee was discussed between representatives of NAAU and EA during the EA MLA Committee meeting.
May 8th , 2008After making amendments to the Provision on Accreditation Council, NAAU has sent to the audit team and Secretariat of EA MLA the new version of the Provision on Accreditation Council, its membership and comments to the amendments.
May 28-29th , 2008The issue on sending NAAU's assessment report to the EA MLA Committee was discussed between representatives of NAAU and EA during the EA General Assembly meeting. An agreement was reached that the audit team accepts corrective actions and will send the final report for consideration by EA MLA Management Group.
June 17th , 2008After repeated inquiries by NAAU, EA experts have sent the report to the EA MLA Committee.
June 26th , 2008The Chairman of EA MLA Committee issued a guarantee message that the report will be considered at the EA MLA Management Group meeting to be held on the 1st of October 2008.
July 8th , 2008Representatives of NAAU participated in the third-round meeting as to the creation of the free trade zone between EU and Ukraine where the issue of EA assessment of the national accreditation system was discussed and the decision was reached to request the representatives of the European Commission to address the EA Secretariat to expedite the further process.
August 7th , 2008NAAU received information from the EA MLA Committee regarding the results of reviewing the report.
August 20th , 2008According to the Decision, NAAU has sent updated information (Êв).
September 18th , 2008The issue on NAAU's joining the MLA Agreement is discussed with the Chairman of EA Mr. Lorenzo Thione
October 1-2nd , 2008The issue of further steps in assessment of NAAU was discussed with the members of the audit team during the EA MLA Committee meeting.
November 18-19th , 2008During the EA General Assembly meeting with participation of NAAU's audit team leader, the issue of panning the date for final assessment of NAAU was discussed.
December 1st , 2008 Chairman of NAAU send an inquiry to the audit team leader regarding planning the date for final assessment of NAAU.
December 4th , 2008In response to NAAU Chairman's inquiry, the audit team leader informed that the team is planning to finalize the document review and inform based upon the results of the review.
December 23-25th , 2008An agreement was reached to conduct an audit at NAAU in the coming month of February 2009.
January, 2009An agreement was reached to postpone conducting an audit for the dates from 30th of March till 3rd of April.
February 2nd , 2009 Members of the audit team have been sent additional information in order to prepare for NAAU's assessment.
February 9-10th , 2009The issue of NAAU's assessment has been discussed with the members of the audit team during the EA MLA meeting.
February 16th , 2009Members of the audit team have been sent information regarding the planned surveillance activity of the accredited CABs.
March 30th - April 3rd , 2009Assessment of NAAU by the audit team
April, 2009Corrective actions have been planned and are agreed upon with the members of an audit team. NAAU's management review is conducted as to the results of the audit and implementation of needed corrective actions.
May 14th , 2009 Members of the audit team have been sent Protocol of the management review based on the results of assessment (Protocol ¹6 dated 14.05.2009)
June 25th , 2009 NAAU has informed members of the audit team as to the corrective actions that have been implemented during the months from May till June of 2009
July 1st , 2009 Draft of the assessment report has been received for processing
July 14th , 2009Upon the results of processing the report, NAAU requested in writing the clarification of some comments from it.
July 24th , 2009Members of the audit team have been informed of the results of the meeting of the Accreditation Council, as well as actions that followed it
September, 2009The information on the execution and proof of effective implementation of corrective actions has been sent
November 03-04, 2009During the EA MLA Committee meeting it was decided to award the recognition to NAAU in the sphere of "certification of personnel"
November 25th , 2009During the EA General Assembly, a Bilateral Agreement on recognition has been signed
November 2009 - April 2010 According to the decision of the EA MLA Committee, NAAU is conducting surveillance of accredited personnel certification bodies and witnessing the certification process
